Ok EVPS people pls ( comment ) who do u think is the mosst funniest perspn in our class ( you can vote for me 2 if u think i am the funniest )

Easy if people vote you the most like if is it thaqif 11 people chose him to be the funniest while the 2nd place is 9 and the rest is below that THAQIF wins (E.G) thaqif never win yet it juz a E.G

What if the 1st and 2nd place have the same vote
like thaqif and me have 11 than we will have a luckly draw
